STEP 1:

The prices stated are inclusive of shipment.
Read Terms&Conditions carefully.
We will assume that all our customers have read the terms & conditions, which means you have already accepted them while purchasing the items.
STEP 2:
Click the "order now" tab.
Fill in the order form accordingly and submit it.
We will reply you as soon as possible in 24 hours.
If you receive no reply in 2 days, kindly email us at la.gypsies@gmail.com.
Please check your email inbox/spam folder from time to time.
STEP 3:
The total amount (shipping + item(s) ) will be calculated and included in the email.
Read through the email carefully.
Reply us for a confirmation.
A confirmation letter will then be sent to you. We will attach the payment details and our bank account in the confirmation letter.
If you wish to cancel your order, please do it before confirmation letter is sent.
Your requested items will not be reserved until you confirm your order(reply our email) with us.
STEP 4:
Make full payment to our bank account within 2 days time.
If no payment is made within 2 days, the item(s) will be automatically released without prior notice.
You can make your payment via ATM transfer/cash deposit/online transfer/Bank in from any local banks to our account (Public Bank).
STEP 5:
Notify us after payment is made by emailing us the following details to confirm your payment.
Via online transfer:
- Transaction receipt
- Name of the Bank
- Name of Bank Holder
- Time & Date
- Total amount transfer
- Reference number
Via ATM tranfer/Cash Deposit/Bank in:
- Transaction receipt
- Name of the Bank
- Bank branch
- Name of Bank Holder
- Time & Date
- Total amount transfer
- Reference number
Please include a full page and colour picture of the receipt to avoid fraud payment.
STEP 6:
After verifying your payment, we will arrange a delivery to you within 3 working days. There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays.
We will email you the track number after the arrangement.
La-gypsies do not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen and/or damaged parcel(s).

We will perform a final check upon your requested item(s) before delivery.
