Terms & Conditions



  1. We only entertain serious buyers.
  2. All items are brand new and ready stock.
  3. All prices are final and non-negotiable.
  4. We do not accept any refunds, exchanges and/or returns.
  5. If you received different item(s) than the ones you requested, please inform us and we will exchange the item(s) for you.
  6. Actual color may differ due to your monitor resolutions.
  7. The measurements of sizes are given by our suppliers or measured by ourselves. Thus, there might be slight differences.
  8. Accessories worn by our models are not inclusive, unless stated
  9. The prices stated are inclusive of shipment, the shipment fees will be included in the confirmation email.
  10. We practice first come first serve basis. There will be no reservation unless you confirm your order with us.
  11. Once confirmation email is sent out, you will have 2 days to complete your payment. 
  12. If no payment is received within 2 days, the requested item(s) will be released without prior notice, your order will be cancelled automatically.
  13. We will only ship your requested item(s) after payment is received and confirmed.
  14. There will be no delivery on weekends and public holidays
  15. La-gypsies do not hold any responsibility for any lost, stolen and/or damaged parcel(s). However, a track number will be given to you.
  16. We shall not be held responsible for delays on behalf of Pos Malaysia; our responsibility ends once the item has been posted.
  17. As our stocks are mostly handpicked from overseas, we may have a few off days once in a while. We will notify you on the blog itself, no shipment will be carried out. It may take us up to 2-3 days to reply your emails, depending on the availability of internet.
  18. COD may be cancelled at times. You will be notified on the blog itself. Thus, we advise you to choose other shipping methods.
  19. We assume all our buyers have already read through and accepted the terms and conditions. There will be no further arguments on the subjects listed here.
  20. After payment has been made, it is necessary for you to send us proofs, kindly follow the instructions in How to order and Delivery&Payment.
